We focus on mining investment, with a particular emphasis on high-quality mineral projects in central and western China. In terms of capital allocation, we prioritize medium-to-large-sized deposits with clear geological conditions, reliable resource endowments, and feasible mining capabilities. Our investment scope covers strategic minerals crucial for energy transition and advanced manufacturing, such as coal, lithium, copper, rare earths, and fluorite. We partner with local companies possessing on-site operational capabilities, emphasizing the establishment of long-term trust relationships with local governments and communities, and effectively controlling key aspects such as resource taxes, environmental protection, and land use. We do not pursue short-term speculation but rather, through solid asset operation and phased development, gradually build a counter-cyclical, cash-flow-generating mining portfolio in central and western China.
