Yes, the battery is fully removable, making it easy to charge either on or off the bike. A full charge typically takes about 4–6 hours.
What is the battery cycle lifespan for E-bike?
Our batteries are designed for around 800–1000 full charge cycles under proper use and maintenance. This usually translates to several years of daily riding, depending on usage habits. After this, the battery will typically retain about 70–80% of its original capacity.
How to maintain the battery of Ebike
Under proper maintenance, a lithium e-bike battery typically lasts 3–5 years. To maximize its lifespan, follow these key tips:
- Avoid Heat Exposure: Store your battery in a cool place, below 20°C, and keep it out of direct sunlight. High temperatures, especially when fully charged, accelerate capacity loss.
- Store Partially Charged: For long-term storage, maintain charge between 40%–80%. Never store a fully depleted or fully charged battery for extended periods, as both can cause permanent damage.
- Avoid Full Discharges: Lithium batteries prefer partial rather than full discharges. Regular top-ups are better than deep cycling. There’s no memory effect, so frequent charging is safe.
In winter, avoid charging if the battery is below freezing. Let it warm up first. Cold weather temporarily reduces range but doesn’t harm the battery if used correctly.
Can I add accessories such as a rear rack, child seat, or panniers to the bike?
Yes, the bike is designed with standard mounting points that support common accessories such as rear racks, child seats, panniers, and baskets. For safety and best compatibility, we recommend using accessories that are either provided by us or verified to be compatible with our frames.
Does this e-bike comply with local regulations (such as Class 2/3 in the U.S.)?

My ebike's taillight is not working, how can I check it?
For the taillight issue, please follow the below guide to troubleshooting.
- Check the cable to the rear light is properly connected;
- The USB cable should as well as the other cables on this bike;
- Carefully align the internal notch and pins (and external arrows) and press each side directly together, without twisting, to fully seat the connection.
The charging port is worn and cannot be closed properly. What should I do?
The cover of the charge port is made of rubber so that it will deform with regular use.Here are two solutions for you.
- Cut off the original cover and find a velcro to replace the original cover.
- You can cut one or two more V-shaped notches on the cover so that you can get the cover inside again.
When I ride, I hear a low rumbling noise. Is this normal?
If this phenomenon only happens very occasionally and is too rare to take any demonstration video, then it is not a problem.It is the protection system for the motor as a default design.
For your information,The motor shuts off or makes noise when the rider climbs at low speed or when he or she starts with a throttle on a slope.It's a normal phenomenon and the motor is not defective. On a slope, low speed or slow start might sometimes lead to the shut-off, which is actually protection designed to maintain the motor in great function. To avoid this, you can increase the speed when climbing and pedal a little when starting on a slope. No need for further diagnosis on this.
My tire is going flat frequently, what can I do?
- Check for sharp objects like glass, nails, or thorns in the tire and tube. Run your hand carefully along the inside of the tire to feel for embedded debris.
- Inspect the tire for wear, cracks, or damage that may increase puncture risk. Consider replacing it if it appears worn out.
- Examine the rim tape covering the spoke holes. If it’s damaged or misplaced, it could puncture the tube.
- Ensure the valve is tight and not leaking. A faulty valve can lead to air loss.
- Inflate the tire to the recommended pressure of 25 PSI. Under-inflation may cause pinch flats, while over-inflation increases puncture vulnerability.
- If flats persist, replace the inner tube. Multiple patches can weaken it over time.
There is fog and water droplets inside the display
The moisture inside the display may be caused by too much humidity in the room and the temperature difference. You can use a lamp to dry the moisture in the LCD display or put it in the sun for a few hours and it will slowly disappear. Seriously available try a hair dryer.
Then you will get the display working normally.
